I'm giving 4 stars today. I was really happy with this location, but today I was in a hurry to make my payment; honestly did not mean to be impatient but major thing going on today with work and my child. I came in twice to make my payment, had even called to let them know I was coming in via their texts and voice msgs I received from the store location. Only had 1 person working, Channell and a lady was looking for something and I made a comment of i was really in a hurry if i could not make my payment quickly here was there another way to make it? The nice lady looking for whatever it was she needed to get a loan said i could go ahead and be helped. Ok. Long winded. Purpose is of this 4 star and comment was I was treated very rudely by Channell because of this. I have been treated great by every other counter clerk at this location and apparently don't be in a hurry to make your payment because you'll be treated like Sh#!. When I finish paying my loan off I do not want to use this location again just because of the treatment I received.

I went to this location with the last dime in my pocket, my family from California had sent a money gram here to pick up. When I tell the 3 ladies there were beyond helpful. The process was fast and professional. I can’t thank you enough for this great experience.

The service is great her. Rosie usually helps me, but all of the stage that Kelley had put together are wonderful friendly and cheerful. Thanks to all.

Here visiting from Cali and went in to get a Money order and the ladies were so sweet and a delight to talk to. The facility was clean and smelled like lovely spring roses which was really nice. Thanks for your help and also the directions to the Post office.

Their very friendly and make you feel at home and I made a comment about jelly beans and the manager happen to be going to the store and she brought me back some jelly beans surprisingly obviously she didn't have to but that was real nice of her I'll b back again soon all of them were great
