Phil at the Newtown road location was very thorough and informative explained how the process works in detail. Title loans aren't as scary as I had previously thought just pay on time or better yet early makes the interest rate not as bad. Store is comfortable and the staff is helpful and professional. Phil was cool as hell.

Second time back at Title Max and I am very pleased how well the staff greeted me. Phil was a joy to work with and he got me just what I needed. He made it his duty to make sure I was satisfied. I am very satisfied and thank you title max. Keep up the great work!

Visited this Titlemax location and the customer service here is excellent! Shantell was pleasant and provided all the information I needed to complete the loan process and understand the terms of the loan. Another thing I like is the convenient mobile app that they now have to access your account and make a payment. The application process was easy and fast, and since they have gone green I can access all of my loan documents online. You guys definitely have a long time customer here! Thanks Again!

I use the title max on Newtown road every time I am in a serious financial bind. No matter what time I come in, they are always cheerful and get me through the process quick. I have paid off several loans and each time I have needed another ...I drive all the way to this location just for the customer service. Phillip the store manager is awesome and is always helpful and works with me on a lot on my payments. Maive is also very sweet and quick. I love that I can really get my title back with title max

This is my second time loaning with this company and I must say I am impressed . Mandi's customer service skills are OUT OF SIGHT . I worked with Arlinda on my first loan and she was awesome, I came back for her only to find that she had moved to another location , I only wanted her but I'm thrilled I gave Mandi a chance. Maive shown such great customer service. Greeted me as soon as I walked in the door with all smiles. She answered every question I had in a way was easy to understand. Another member of staff brought me a bottle of water which was cold and refreshing.

I went in hoping to get a little extra money to pay bills and Christmas shop for my 3 children and Marlene wasted over an hour of my time! She appraised my car and came back and told me she would be able to approve me for $870 which was great since I only needed $1,000. I waited for an additional 35-45 min and then she advised me that I wouldn’t be able to get any money due to the damages to my car! Why waste peoples time! She saw the damages before she told me I was approved, I’m highly upset and I am a return customer but I’m not satisfied at all with Titlemax! The service is not the same as years ago when I got my first loan!

The GM Phil was very helpful and polite. Simple and easy process...go see Newtown Rd location when you need any help!

Ms Angie and Ms Lou was wonderful went to get a title loan on Saturday but computer system malfunctioned they were super apologetic and kept trying even after hours went back today Monday it was smooth transaction and super friendly Angie finished the paperwork. It helps that they were helpful, friendly and efficient.
