I want to say I had gone previously to ace payday, they made an hard inquiry on my credit. I had ask previous before applying that they were not sure the computer determined how you got approved. Sure enough my credit was ranned and my credit got affected!!! With that said the staff at Advance America are amazing and are very educated on the services they provide. The manager is amazing !!! They have been a wonderful company to work with. We have go to John Hopkins for a medical checkups and have to rent a car. We cant changr dates and it falls between paydays. I dont do credit cards and we have to stay over nite. Car company puts ahold on funds in account. So we need cash. They always make it so easy with the otherwise annoying. situation. Today I decided to go into this location after finding out my car needed some repairs that unfortunately did not have the funds for. But luckily I came in and received help by Tasha. This was my first loan and she made it very quick and to the point. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. I would definitely come back if need be.

They a very clean place and there customer service is awesome except that one day when they lines was back up and the lady was just look at everyone
