We called before we came and Danielle Dingle was very informative and very friendly. We drove a little bit of a distance because of how professional she was on the phone to come to the Holland Rd. Office. While doing the application she was great. I cant say enough how accommodating, friendly, and informative ahead was. We will definitely continue to do business with Titlemax.

Amazing is still not even the word to describe my experience at TitleMax. I went in on my lunch hour and the incredible Ms. Katie helped me get in and out in great time and got exactly what I needed. Great and enjoyable experience I went to get a title loan at title max off Holland rd and the persons who helped me Brain Smith and Katie Hinson was so friendly and professional. I got the amount I apply for and it was so easy. If you want to get a loan from somewhere you can trust go to title max off Holland rd and ask for Brian or Katie.

This title max is the best yet. I have been coming here for years. Always excellent service. I went to one other one before but they were not as friendly and welcoming as holland road. Laura is awesome. Kay Kay is the best as well. Katie was off but she works there so she is probably awesome as well. I highly recommend them to anyone who want to go to title max. They try to get u the most for your car and will also help u understand what I will be paying everymonth

I came in 1/2 after store was closed. Dan was there helping a new customer and had no problem taking my payment even though I was a week early. I have gotten 2 loans and Dan has always went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. Hats off to him.
