Called in to ask about my online inquiry and Sandra answered explained everything well and told me to come on in. Once i got here Reggie greeted me when i walked in and assisted me immediately after he finished his current customer. Process was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend this store to everyone. I worked with Reggie today and I'm beyond impressed by his professional and honest service. There are very few places in my life I've come across nor have recommended to people and this truly is a place I plan to share with everyone I know. I was in a very tight spot, so I decided to call Title Max when I called I spoke to Reggie and he was so nice, polite, and set me at ease on the phone he told me he would wait on me and didn't rush me off the phone. When I arrived I was welcomed by the same kind person that I spoke with on the phone. He explained the process in detail, he walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. By then end of the process Reggie worked really hard to get me the best offer possible, he made me feel more than just a client he made me feel like a friend. I would definitely recommend Reggie to all my friends and family. I truly appreciate everything Reggie was able to do for me, I came in the store in tears and left feeling blessed. This is an excellent TitleMax store and I highly Recommend it! I've worked with Reginald on two occasions and he has been professional, kind, and efficient. He makes you feel at home. This last time, I worked with Sandra and I am so glad that I did. She is highly knowledgeable, skilled at walking a person though the process efficiently, and she does it all in a way to allow customers their dignity. This is the only TitleMax store that I will visit.

I applied for a title loan at this location, Sandra was my loan specialist and specialist she was. She patiently assisted me through the process and got me approved for a loan to get me out of the situation that I was in. Reginald Melvin is the General manager at this location he was also very professional and curious, you just don’t get customer service like this anymore.
