I have been a customer here for many years. In the past, good service staff were friendly to customers. and clearly in sales good flexibility Come in to browse and buy products that are fun and comfortable. For those who have more power than sellers it's good is different from the present he does not reconcile customers not friendly with customers and staff making having to change sellers often. I'm not impressed and will not shop here again. Although how much do you advertise your business? If providing this kind of service, customers are not impressed. There are many other places to choose from.

Great jewelry with great prices. I have been going here for years now. I trust them to sell me quality jewelry. I just had a piece appraised that I bought from them. The item appraised for 45% more than what I paid for it. I will be returning to buy more jewelry and to get work done on items I already own.

I went in with a budget of $300 to purchase a nice necklace for my charm, but imma tell you I walked out such a happy customer!! Yes! Went in to buy a 12 inch kicker sub and was worried that it might not perform well since it’s a at a pawn shop. The worker there, Aaron, assured me that all electronic equipment is tested beforehand and even hooked it up to some in house equipment to let me hear it before I bought it. Works perfectly fine and have had 0 problems with it since then. Great place!

Poor experience while walking in and trying to create business with employees. Poor knowledge of items being sold and bought. Took the gentleman less than 5 minutes to low ball me for a 450$ Brand new item never opened or used. He offered me less than 100$ and when I asked how he came up with that number he says he was trying to make 250% profit off of my item while I lose out. Literally makes no sense. They are trying to take advantage of customers who are only trying to bring/give them business. I will not be returning to this establishment. Take your money and gold to a more professional business rather than these crooks. They are strictly looking to rip you off and take advantage of you.
