This was my greatest experience at a pawn shop EVER! Taj was amazing and so welcoming! He gave us a great deal and we came out super happy with our visit there! The staff was knowledgeable and super friendly! We also got helped by JD and he was super helpful! Can’t wait to come back!

Extremely nice and honest staff. Excellent customer service (I don't think I ever left without a smile). Organized atmosphere. Never once felt uncomfortable or intimidated. 5 + stars. Keep up the good work guys.

Woodbridge gold and pawn has been very respectful and helpful. Been going there for a while now and you can find anything you could imagine! The workers are very helpful and greet you as soon as the door opens and talk to you as long as you stay! You’ll always leave with a smile on your face.

Good shop and friendly staff. They are my first stop when trying to find something special or for when looking for used or new electronics at a great discount. The haters reviewing them probably don't understand how a pawn shop works. You can't expect them to buy your stuff for retail!!!

Woodbridge Gold & Pawn staff is top notch and knowledgeable. Went inside looking at their gun inventory and was immediately greeted by the staff. Even though I didn't purchase anything they were still pretty cool and helpful. I would defiantly come back again!

Poor quality service they had 5 ppl working at once. None of them knew how to greet my wife and I. Or even ask what we were looking for today. I was looking to buy an engagement ring or gold earrings. They all made me sick to my stomach that my wife and I left immediately and are going down the street to my favorite pawn shop in the DMV Pawn USA

I just have to say that JW was the nicest person to speak with!! Phenomenal service, genuinely helpful and sincere. He took the time to do extra research for me and chatted with me while he worked. I was able to accomplish what I set out to do. Even if they were not able to assist me, I would still have left happy just because of the amazing customer service!! Hands down the best pawn shop in the area. Eric and crew are cool down to earth people who make me feel like I've gotten a great deal everytime I leave. Been doing business here for years and won't go anywhere else.
