lmao I felt like I was racially profiled last night 02/22/2022. But I am going back tomorrow I need to talk to the store manager about that particular Hispanic guy.

Was ignored and basically refused service. Made zero sense they literally had an easy sale. Just needed a starter professional camera to learn with for cheap. Found one there would have taken 3 minutes. The Hispanic guys there were more concerned with closing and going home than making money. Asked me to move out of the way several times but never once asked did I need assistance. Never come here they apparently don’t want your money anyway and they will disregard you. Called the store and they had a weak explanation of why I was refused service and basically didn’t care. If possible I would give negative 1 star!

The employees were just rude and very unhelpful. When trying to sell an item they always say it in a rude tone and try to low ball as much as possible.

I don't live in the area anymore but when I did that was my spot. For many years I worked next door to Metro Pawn. Mr. Michael n the staff was awesome. The prices n the merchandise where great especially the jewlery.

Got a great deal at metro pawn bran new abrasive saw i really need it , can't beat that price They will definitely work with

The customer service was awful, disrespectful people. They always try to low ball it as much as they can and try to scam you. Honestly their are pawn shops within 2 miles that will give you more and have far better customer service.

Excellent customer service. I only go to 2 pawn shops around the area because they are only ones worth going. And metro pawn is number one for sure. They are all nice and great at there jobs. Great inventory knowledge and very helpful when any questions are asked. I had a great experience today, so i received a lowes merchandise card for Christmas because I had a Carpenter job at the time and I could use it for tools, well that job ended up not working out for me and I had no use for the card. So I brought the card in and for some reason it was unavailable to get the balance off of the card by calling into the number. So they actually took time out of there day to help me out and physically drove up to lowes and got the balance off of the card themselves in person. Granted today was the day the blizzard hit so they took a big chance even going out there to get the balance. It just really showed me how far they go to make a customer happy. On another note I have also done multiple loans and get great prices and they have a very good inventory stock at good prices. In all just a great staff and a great pawn shop. Thanks again metro pawn!!

Employee said all the dvd and blu rays are $3-$5. Once at check out they proceeded to take forever to look up how much all of the movies were on amazon. Then said we actually have to pay double/triple the price because “those” movies we wanted to purchase go for $50 on amazon. Seriously? Aren’t you supposed to look all that up on the items when they come in? But instead you lie to customers and jack up the price, AT THE REGISTER??? Ridiculous. Never coming back.

Great Staff, Pedro and the owner are always looking out for the customers, they are very understandable, they take their time to try and help you out. People have different problems and they take their time to try and help. I have been to others without having to mention them, by far Metro Pawn is the best....

So on 12/23 I went to do business here, they left the door open and I assumed it was open. Instead of being polite I got cussed out and the f bomb thrown at me. Don't do business here. Worst customer service ever. 👎🏾
