I came here from Texas and wasn't able to make a payment through my regular store. Nicole the GM was able to help me get my payment taken care of it. She was able to make the necessary calls to help me out. She gave me excellent customer service with a smile. She was able to make me feel like home.

Thank you so much to Nicole Bennett for all of your help and patience. I called up here in a tough spot having never done anything like this before. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient as she walked me through the entire process and let me know exactly what I would need to bring in order to get the loan done. All said and done, I wouldn't recommend taking one of these loans unless you have no other options, the high interest rates are far from ideal, but when all else fails, responsible debt management and early payment habits can help mitigate the negative consequences of securing a loan like this. I got the money I needed and paid it off two and half weeks later in full to avoid excessive interest charges and get my title back right away. Thank you so much for all of your help Nicole, you're a rockstar, keep up the good work!

Excellent place to get a small loan if you don’t want to go through the bank. The associates at the dale city location are kind and timely. Thanks to the staff ,especially Roxana for always taking care of me.

Incredible bad customer service Nicole she didn't know anything about the company or what they do I was trying to make a payment and fix some problems with my title and she treat me like a idiot she didn't let me to talk in any moment, actually she rise her hand and told me STOP and I was in silence waiting for her to help me, SHE HAS TO LEAVE! I will start by saying that this was my first time doing a Title loan and I had a really bad experience with the representative of this store, I went to this store on 04/16/20 and when I got to the door the door was closed and I saw this woman walking to the door wearing an open blouse or a dress and also wearing some bedtime sleepers, I was confused with the attired I thought I was visiting some friends at their home lol, but anyways I felt already uncomfortable because the only question she kept asking me was how much I was looking to borrow and making me suggestions that my car is not worth it for what I was asking and that I should get more instead of what I was asking, at this point I asked for a manager and she responds "Hon Iam the manager" so I told her that I was just trying to get some info (to get out faster from there lol) on title loans, because I was already bother and uncomfortable with her questions and the way she look, so I went to another store called Loan Max Title loans and they were more professional, I believe the representative or "manager" name was Nicol or Nicolee something like that. I wish she were some how more professional...I would have stay but Nah it wasn't worth it.
