Upon arrival, I was very happy with Monica. She was very polite and more than willing to accommodate me. By the time we were done I had the money I needed loaded to a debit card and I was on my way. Alicia at Title Max was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. She explained my payment options clearly and in detail and full disclosure. That gal knows her stuff. I feel I got a great deal and rate on a 6 month $1,0000 loan. Having to pay back $1,140.00 total at $190.00 a month. Done deal is about 45 minutes, and I was at the bank cashing the check with no hassle, even though I dont have a bank account there, and on my way to the tire store. Alicia was nice to look at too!! Amazing customer service! They did everything possible to get me approved for as much possible as quickly as possible. I had to go get somethings handled with my bank and Title Max called to see if I was going to be able to make it back in today and if there was anything they could do to help.
