After unexpected car repairs I was in need of cash quick. 1st CHOICE was the best option for me by far, giving me more than what I needed (other places said I didn't qualify, despite only needing a couple hundred and making over 4x that in a month) and they were fast as I got the money same day! The daily rate is also exceptionally low compared to other payday loans I have had in the past, mine was well below 2%. The woman who helped me was nice, welcoming, and not judgemental. She explained every detail about my loan and answered all my questions with ease. I know if I ever need another loan that I will go here! Edit: While my overall experience was great, I was informed of a 10% discount on my first payment if I had done a review by the processor who helped me get the loan. I asked that if my payment was the entire loan and done at once if the discount still applied, and she said yes. The day I came in to pay my loan off all in one payment I had to wait a good 3 hours. The processor (different one, but very nice as well) was working all alone and had to call her management many times, often to no answer at all. She informed me that the 10 percent discount is only on the interest of the payment and not the whole payment itself. A bit of a bummer, but I will just consider it an instance of miscommunication on their part. Other than that and the wait to pay due to the staff being unable to get ahold of management to do certain approvals it was a great encounter

I'm going to preface this by saying I debated writing this for a while now but I feel like it's better to speak up so the problem can be fixed then stay quiet and let some poor person deal with the same sad situation I was put in. I was in a huge jam a few weekends ago and after reading really great things about the team at Tooele 1st choice I took a chance and called in to figure out what was needed to get a loan. It took quite a few phone calls before I ever even reached a person then when I finally did the woman I spoke with, Angie, was super rude, rushed and down right put out that I was bugging her on a Saturday. I was thoroughly embarrassed as it was asking for help but I felt humiliated by the end of the phone call. I ended up going to a different company for help as I was way too embarrassed to reach out to 1st choice again. It's sad that a company that's supposed to be there for their communities' time of need can't be bothered to actually be helpful.

I rarely find myself in a pinch but recently I did and I'm so thankful I chose 1st choice i worked with Monique and she was just the sweetest she was so patient while she explained everything to me in detail and didn't hide a thing when I asked how much I'd be paying back she was amazing I'll always do all my loans with her now

They where very friendly and patient with me and willing to work with me in regards of bringing in my docs. Didn’t feel like I was being judged for requesting a loan made me feel super comfortable and more than willing to answer my questions. I’ve always been too intimidated to request a loan but they put that at rest I’ll for sure be working with them in the future!
