I came to Susana for help in getting a new tittle loan. I was feeling very overwhelmed and stressed out due to not having a billing statement with me and/or my bank statements. She was very patient with me in helping me find a bill online and even walked with me to my vehicle to see if I had one in there. Also helped me get my bank statement. I highly recommend her if you are ever needing a loan! She is very polite, patient and understanding of any situation! Appreciate her very much!!

I highly recommend the 24st location. Susana took care of me right away I got here at 6:30 PM cause I was turned away the Mesa location because the girl who I didn't catch her name refused to help me because she wanted to close early. Susana took me in with no hesitation even tho she was taking care of someone already she was willing to stay late and help me get my loan. I highly recommend seeing Susana she was super friendly and fast!
