The people who work here are angels. They are so sweet, understanding, and helpful.

I refinanced my home and Timios was doing the title. Maybe they were busy because my neighbor, who was selling her home, had the same issues. Lost or misfiled paper work. The girl from Timios called me on a Friday at 4:15 pm and frantically wanted me to come to Chico to sign papers. It was at the beginning of Covid. At one time the girl said, “well it’s been sitting here for a couple of weeks”. She somehow mixed my paper work up and had to send the Notary to my house, twice. My neighbor worked with the same girl and had similar issues. Lost or misfiled paperwork.

Through all the paperwork and moving towards closing, communication was great and everyone was wonderful about keeping us up to date. The only issue we had was the day of closing. We showed up at the Title Company to meet with our closer and sign all required paperwork. That was on a Monday. The closer was running a little bit late and when she got there she informed us that she did not have our documents. She told us none of the loan documents had been sent to her, not one page had been emailed to her, or forwarded to her, to close the loan and therefore we could not proceed. We had to make several phone calls before we reached any of the personnel that had assembled and approved our loan. We found out there was no issue, but the paperwork was late being returned from their lawyer. We had to schedule another closing for three days later and this time everything was ready and the closing was completed in short order. All things considered, they were easy to work with and from our first phone call to closing it was a personable, professional and fast experience.

This office took care of everything for me during a difficult time. Their communications were prompt and we're available for any questions. This was my fourth house I have sold and was the BEST experience!

These 3 woman are Extremely Helpful and Very Professional and Polite. I most recently bought a house and used the company and they made it fun and Hassel free... I would recommend this company to all my friends and family...Thank you So much Tosha,Gina and Deanna..

Title company is slanderous and accused me of having a 20 year old judgement agent me. It caused a fight between me and spouse and come to find out it was a lie no judge ment agent me and not even my name very rude and lazy as to not even check on the simple name before they start accusing

It was great that they came to my home for my refi closing. Lady was super nice. Felt she went a little fast, but that may have been my fault in not slowing her down. I talked to a different lady on the phone and she was very fast also. I felt rushed. Other then being rushed it was a great experience with no issues.

Jeffrey was extremely professional and informed me of what to anticipate thru the process. He was very knowledgeable and right on target. The process took less than 3 weeks to complete and I am very happy customer. Thanks, Donna
