I had given this place a 5 star rating until today. My husband had a firearm shipped there and he was supposed to pick it up today. He went to get it and in the last 10 days they changed their policy and will only do firearm related stuff on Wed and Sat. Nobody bothered to call and tell him. They refused to help. They refused to release the gun and he has to wait 2 more days making it 12 days. When he did the paperwork they didn't bother to say the policy would be changing. Don't bother with this place. They sell junk at brand new prices as it is. Place is a joke. I will be leaving this review everywhere.

My husband and I have gone here several times and bought tools, a stereo receiver and a few other things and have never had a problem with any of it. The staff is really nice the store is clean and the manager Amanda goes above and beyond for her customers. Plus they have great deals.. We will continue to shop here when we come to town.

Great place, very customer service oriented. Fast and friendly! They don't judge you 'why' you are there, if that's a concern. Also, great deals on everything from tools to musical instrument, guns and of course, jewelry.

I like to go in to Or o Jewelry and loan every few weeks to see what's new. I have bought a few things and love everything I have bought. I never feel rushed and Always given a kind welcome from a friendly helpful staff. The prices are good to.

I understand and aware that we are in quote on quote “ammo shortage and gun shortage”, but I have been seeing the shortage fading out recently, so charging over retail price for a gun or over retail price for any item for that matter is just getting ridiculous. Purchased a Walther p22 ca and paid close to $160 over retail price. Even the Low end brand hi point 9 mm I bought was sold to me nearly $120 over retail. Is it price gouging? Is it greed? Not sure why they are ridiculous overpriced but it doesn’t make me feel like it’s been fair and mutual purchase made and very unsure of continued business with them. They now have the same p22 model in store for less than $100 more than they had charged me just months prior!

I purchased a Glock 9mm on October 1st. My contracted stated that I couldn't pick the gun up before October 11th but it had to be picked up by October 31st. I went in to pick up my gun and was told my background check came back delayed. I was than told that if on October 31st if my background check came back either delayed or denied they would refund my money. I went in on the 31st and my status was still delayed but they refused to refund me all of my money. At best oro pawn is misleading and at worst they are down right crooks. I will never step foot in that place again!

I don't pawn my stuff because u always loose $ some how.but I bought my wife an awesome diamond ring for a great price here!! it needed sizing so I decided to call every jewler in Oroville to get it done.every one wanted to send it out and take a week or more.i called oro pawn back and the jewler there did it in 4 hours and it was less then 100$ THANKS ORO JEWELERY AND PAWN MY WIFE LOVES IT

I went in there because I wanted to spend money on a guitar. I paced around for 15 minutes in front of the guitars, finally left and nobody said a word to me the whole time.

The staff is very friendly and I have always gotten tbe best prices, with no close 2nd, on my pawned items. Always a speedy transaction with follow up reminders when my items come due. Also I have sold gold and sil er here at top prices compared to the mail in companies.
