California Check Cashing Stores Oro Dam Blvd, Oroville

I have a cashiers check from Wells Fargo. cashiers check is supposed to be as good as cash the lady when trying to validate my cashiers check by calling an 800 number to a lady who’s not a banker. Well she can she snapped my ID in half and then because she couldn’t verify the check with the person on the phone because it’s not a Wells Fargo account person it’s a call center I’m not able to cash my check anywhere because she snapped my ID I was a long time to Customer California check cashers I have cash thousands of dollars worth of checks there and giving them thousands of dollars to cash those 20 and $30,000 checks but Iwouldn’t send a dog that bit me to these people they didn’t care that she snapped my ID and they would not cash the check even though it is a cashiers check from Wells Fargo I understand security but this woman was like a third grader fumbling around my ID

I've been a customer since 2005. Every year I get my taxes prepared by Paige. It's so simple and hassle free. They are accurate and right on the money. They explain everything to you and they are always happy to answer any question you have and if they dont know ,they will find out. They employees are really friendly and always trying to help. I think they have great customer service, even with the hard to handle customers. I would highly recommend ca. Check cashing for all your financial needs

The employees and manager could not have been more rude. They obviously don't care about you if your using Western Union and told me they do it as a favor for Western Union. (They must not make enough off them.) The female manager has little to zero people skills and couldn't care about the customer. She laughed in my face as she refused to give me a reason why they wouldn't accept my Western Union. Unbelievable she feels that it's ok to treat anybody like that, especially a paying customer. Please do not go in here they do not care about your business and I hope the district manager sees this and does something to save this business before she does more harm.

They are open late, which is nice! 8pm! They have been out of cash a few times when I was there during financial aid time for Butte, but I was given the option of half cash+prepaid visa loaded with the other half and I liked that alot actually.

I am not happy with California Chack cashing in Oroville there not so nice to me when I came in this woman name Laura is always rude she act's like I am Bothering her I have been doing Business with California chack cashing in Oroville for years I am getting tired of the way I am being treated. My name is Robin Cottini 49 years old I am in a wheel chair I have physical limitations that make it difficult for me to sign doc I have asked them to please help me and they get mad and say its not there job to help me I have been going to adv America for years no problem and they're so nice and helpful I wish there was a way California chack cashing would get all new employees and make its more inviting I don't find CA chack cashing in Oroville a nice and welcoming place to come and take care of your needs.

My Mom and I went to cash a large check here. Aaron helped us and all I can say is his customer service skills were absolutely excellent. He went above and beyond what he had to and it was a very delightful experience. Fantastic Job Aaron and we will definitely be seeing you again in the future. 100% satisfied and will definitely recommend this location.

I walked in with some issues with my prepaid card. Sarah was amazing. Excellent customer service!!! She helped me to get everything cleared! I thought customer service was dead, but nope!! Sarah knows what's up!!! Good job!

Rude on the phone, hang up on people and unproffessional. You will never wait less then 30 minutes in line, there. Very expensive, more expensive then the same store in San Jose, Ca. I believe that they make up their own prices, ex. I went in to purchase a money order for $1200. and was charged .75, the next time I went in to get the same money order, diffrent person, I was charged for 2 money orders and was told that they can only do money orders up to $1000. I was charged over $50 to cash a check, was charged $21. to use my bank card to get a money order, not including the money order fee. This place is HORRIBLE!!

Staff is always friendly! The only setback I see is that slot of the time they only put one person at the window when there's a line of 3 or more people they should have at least one person step up and help, especially when there's usually two or more people just standing around

Good place to go if you don't have a bank account. But know it's not cheap to cash checks there....they have the payday loans with a checking account and they're very helpful in there. Western union too
