Whenever I am going to purchase a home I always contact Tim to get pre-qualified because he's trustworthy and very knowledgeable. When your a first time home buyer, it is scary. Tim was so friendly and not pushy at all. Made my wife and i feel at ease. Also made sure we under stood everything about the loan and how much we could afford. We could talk to him on the phone, text and email. He always responded back right away. My mom bought a house a year before us and her banker was so pushy and mean. I will always highly recommend Tim.
