Jeff Kenney is a miracle worker! My wife and I are first time home buyers. We had no idea what to expect with the journey of purchasing a home. Jeff was extremely patient with us and walked us through the process. My employment situation was a bit unique to get approved for a loan, and Jeff went above and beyond to help all aspects go smoothly. Very grateful for Jeff and his team. Tracy is amazing!! She took the time to run multiple scenarios and discuss all options in depth with us. Even while out of the country, she and Shaye were super responsive and managed our issues with the titling company, our questions, and kept us informed. We never went more than a few minutes without a response when we reached out.

NFM Lending is a good company to deal with. We worked with Brian Burnham. Brian was there every step of the way - he was great!! He took the time to always answered any questions you had and kept you in the loop as to what was needed or where the loan process was. Brian was able to work with us when we needed more time for a well testing. He was great, would definitely use NFM for future lending, refinancing or selling. They are a good company.

Brandon gave us a second opinion and explained some things to us. If you need guidance/advice to prepare before running your credit DO NOT USE CAMILLE BALDWIN "Loan Originator". I originally emailed her regarding a different situation and to get some direction to make the process smooth and easy. Her reply was, "As mentioned, please send your 2020 & 2021 Personal & Business Tax Returns. We can review and offer advice if we recommend changes for your 2022. Please let me know if you think of any other questions in the meantime. Have a great day!" So I send over my confidential tax documents. Then get a reply saying I need to do an application before she can do anything else. Now she has my confidential docs and who knows whats happening with them. Pretty disappointed. We used NFM lending before and SHANE was great!

The process was extremely easy and the reps were very professional! Stacey made my refinance go so smooth and quick. She looked out for my best interests and gave me options that made sense for me. Couldn’t have asked for a more seamless process!

My refinance process with The Sandell Team was easy and quick, around 60 days from application to closing. Shannon McCarthy was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and kept me in the loop during the entire process. I appreciate that she was not pushy, at the start I was looking at different options with other companies and their loan originators pestered me with incessant calling during my work hours and pushed me to “lock in my rates” and sign paperwork when I had not received responses to my questions. Shannon was nothing like that, she answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and guided me through the process on my own timeline. I would 100% recommend them for any home purchase or refinance.
