Doug Higgins is an exceptional loan officer. He treated us like family, called to check in on us regardless of our loan, and watched out for our best interest. He was very communicative, very experienced, and most importantly kind. We were first time home buyers and he was very patient and gracious with all my questions. Overall this process could have been stressful but with Doug, it wasn’t. I felt like I was in good hands. P.S. While he works for KB homes, we used his services for a non KB home loan.
