Seriously, I don't even know how to express how amazing Ashlynn and her team has been. Moving to the area was turning into a nightmare with the lender the realtor put us in contact with. I reached out to my previous lender (different state) and he put us in contact with Ashlynn and she has been absolutely amazing. She was more helpful and communicative in the first day than the other lender was in the month we worked with them. I won't be working with any other lenders in the future but them.

This experience was a very pleasant one. The transaction was very smooth and my clients were informed of the transaction progress every step of the way. I would certainly refer them and utilize their services again.

We had started a refi application with another company, and the loan officer outright lied to us and put us in a pretty bad financial circumstance. Everyone at thrive pulled together to not only help rectify the problem from the previous company but to also approve and process our refi when I honestly didn’t think it would go through. I am surprised to read these bombastic reviews. Just be careful. Our loan was sold to a bank in Salt Lake City a few days after closing. I received just an email (with no mail notice about this). The new bank doesn't know anything about me, and I don't know how much money to send to this new bank, that by the by doesn't have an active account for me (?). I find this awkward. Poor communication. I am starting to regret this business.

The service we received from all Thrive team members, namely Jason, was nothing less than impeccable. As first time homebuyers, in addition to moving to a different state, we were faced with confusion and not knowing what to expect. Upon arrival and after 2 months of being in a hotel, our initial mortgage company informed us they would not be able to close 3 days before our closing date. Here's where Jason and his team took over like a pack of hyenas. WITHIN ONLY TWO WEEKS we were moved into our new home. To say Jason made this journey as pleasant and comfortable as humanly possible is an understatement. I do not know where we would be right now if it wasn't for Jason. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jason and his team!

I never knew buying a home could be so easy. I met with Jason Reedy, and 7 weeks later I’m moving in! Couldn’t have been a smoother process. Jason made sure I was aware of everything well in advance so I had time to prepare for what was coming. If I had questions, he always picked up the phone and eased my concerns. I worked with Kristi on the purchase of an investment property. Her team was excellent. The loan process was very smooth, we even had an app to upload our documents. We always knew what stage of the process we were in. The title company I chose was unfortunately very difficult to work with, not prepared for a remote closing, and we almost had to push the closing out. But Kristi's team picked up the slack, and worked at the 11th hour to get it done! I will choose Thrive every time!

Not highly recommended at all. Started with one loan officer, 2 mos in he ups and leaves to another mortgage company without informing me. Worked with the "General Manager" he is not professional at all and very rude. Had closing date changed multiple times due to lack of communication and being requested info at the very last minute that should have been requested earlier. Alot of things were no communicated thoroughly and I'm glad this is over. Worst experience of my life

Thrive Mortgage was extremely helpful and diligent. They worked with us even though our plans changed a couple of times and kept us up to date when new funding guidelines were released. My only regret is not using them on our previous house purchases. I will hands down recommend them to anyone!

Mike Litwin is an Amazing lender. He goes above and beyond to work with and educate the buyer. He assesses the needs of each buyer and explains all the options that are available while breaking down the pros and cons of each putting the buyer in a much stronger position to make confident decisions about their loan. Mike provides one on one service reassuring both buyer and Realtor that they are his priority. His follow-up is impeccable. Mike is pleasant, and easy going. Yes, he comes to closing.

We used Greg when we purchased the property a few years ago and so glad we reached out to him when we wanted to refinance. Always responded to any questions we had quickly, never had to ask twice. Bryan and his team are awesome! We went for an FHA loan WITH down payment assistance and him and his team had us closed in under 30 DAYS in this crazy busy market!!!! He was always available for questions/concerns and even with a re-inspection needed on the appraisal due to seller not having all utilities on he STILL got us closed by close date and again UNDER 30 days! I would not recommend thrive mortgage to anyone. At first they were quick to help (I got pre approved within 2 days) but then it was almost impossible to get a hold of them. My family and I waited over a month to hear back from them, only to get asked for the same information that we ALREADY supplied to them over a month before. They were not helpful at all and a complete waste of our time and efforts. If you get a mortgage anywhere, DO NOT use thrive mortgage.

Very rude individual when I called to ask for information. He spoke to me harshly. I could barely get a word in. I hope they don't treat all their customers like this.
