Amazing. After trying out two companies and having little success, a friend recommended Steve Ferguson with Southwest Funding. Other funding companies were slow to run reports and were not helpful. Steve and his staff were quick to respond and always returned my messages and emails. They are also friendly and work past 5pm. Because of Steve me and my husband are buying our first house.
