Katie and I are both small business owners and our lives revolve around customer service. That being said, We tend to chose our professional relationships through referrals or good customer service reputations. The most impressive part of this whole deal is that virtually nothing changed from beginning to end numbers wise. What He told Us to expect is what actually happened!! This just amazed us that He had such a grasp on His system. The second part that was equally impressive to Us was the closing. His closing date was met and all paperwork was accurate, which We heard was a normal issue. I can't say enough wonderful things about Doug Smithe. He knows his job and system to a T.
