We found the Southbound group online as we tried to determine the best way to move from DC to Nashville. We met Jenn through video message and later flew down to meet with her in person. She was extremely professional, patient, and helpful. We were very particular about our needs, wants, and tastes in finding a new home. Jenn completely understood and grasped our concept of an ideal house. She gave us honest feedback and was extremely easy to work with while reviewing homes. The first visit was unsuccessful, but Jenn was willing to visit homes and video walk through the homes. We eventually found the perfect home for use. From there, Jenn and the rest of the Southbound group made the process extremely easy. The entire group was helpful and worked with me all the way through the process. I am extremely happy with my experience working with Jenn and the rest of the Southbound group. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Wanting to buy a home in TN while living in NY was a daunting task. I was referred to Southbound Group and am so glad I was! They have a team approach to real estate so there is always someone available to help. I flew in on Friday, looked at houses on Saturday, put in an offer on Sunday, and offer accepted on Monday! WOW! My plane landed, I turned on my phone and a text popped up from Jessi saying "YOU GOT THE HOUSE!" Jessi and Southbound Group are the absolute best. I chose them because of consistently stellar online ratings and because all women! They sold a home in Nashville for me that I literally had never seen. The sale was complicated by an eviction and COVID delays but they executed it professionally, efficiently,fearlessly and seamlessly. Look no further, give them a call. Icing on the cake..they worked around my religious restrictions with never a complaint and made a donation to my favorite charity when escrow closed. What a class act!

The southbound group is a really a great real estate agency to do business with. My real estate agents Jenna and Emily where there whenever I had questions and Jenna filled out all the paperwork for me to sign. They made everything easy and fun. I am glad my parents recommended them after they used them to buy their new house. If I ever know someone that needs a real estate agent I would definitely recommend them. I was only in town for only one week from out of state to try and frantically purchase a home in a super hot market. Many homes were going well over asking, but my agent Melissa helped me find the perfect home that we got without going above asking, and under contract less than a week from when I got in town. They even scheduled the inspections timely for me while I was out of town so I didn't have to worry about anything. The whole team communication was spot on and I appreciated their sense of urgency. Everything was super smooth from start to finish. The whole team is so nice and I feel that I can count them as friends and not just my agents.

Jenn and Jessi were great to work with. We conducted our home search from Seattle, WA and needed a lot of help. Jenn was flexible and showed us homes virtually from a different time zone. Incredible real estate group. Jenna helped me look for a house a few years ago and not once did she ever get even remotely annoyed with my constant questions and tour requests, evening knowing I may not purchase at that time. When I started looking again in the beginning of 2022, she was just as amazing as before with helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Ended up with a perfect home by submitting an offer before the house even hit the market, and an amazing new friend. Being a first time home buyer and having absolutely no knowledge on how the whole process works, she was so helpful every step along the way. We have purchased and/or sold numerous properties over the years but we've never had things go this smoothly before. Jessi and her team were wonderful to work with through the buying and selling process. My husband and I were looking to upsize within the next couple years and when a house in our neighborhood was listed they had a showing scheduled the next morning. They helped us secure the house with a competitive but reasonable offer and handled all the various communications for us. When it came to selling our current home, they put together a detailed and personalized pre-listing checklist and it made all the difference: the pictures were amazing and we got feedback from potential buyers that it looked staged (even though we lived there with a toddler :)). We accepted an offer over asking within 24 hours of listing. Jessi helped negotiate with the buyer any time there was something we were concerned about. Each of Jessi’s team members is professional and easy to work with which helps give peace of mind to the general anxiety of buying and selling.

I can’t recommend this team enough! As a first time homebuyer, this process can feel scary and daunting, but from the very beginning Jenn, Jessi, Emily, and the whole team made the process so easy. From an educational presentation at the beginning of the journey through the full closing process, I always felt like I had the support of this team to ask any and all questions (and I had a lot of questions).
