Hello 👋👋 all... My granddaughter and my daughter introduced me to this place for a new/used vehicle... Well at the moment all seems to be going well, and I'm working with some great men and woman, very nice she is... The men are very nice and about the business... Understanding, listen, knowledgeable and know what they are talking about... I really appreciate, Mr Anthony, and Mr Jeremy.. nice fun young men... And they get it done... People , stop buy and get one of those pretty cars and tell them, Ms Cathy sent you... Lol.. be safe and love somebody.. Happy Holidays!!

If I could add more stars I would! I definitely had a great experience with this business and Jay is the absolute best! He was very helpful, and passionate about his business. I will definitely recommend this business!

In the beginning, I had a great experience. They were very welcoming & they got the job done. It wasn’t until I had an issue with my car due to the GPS/tracker device that was installed wrong by someone Family Auto paid to install it on my car. I took my car to the shop & found out the device was put under my hood next to the battery & the device was supposed to be inside of the car. My car didn’t start, I had to get it towed & took it to the shop and that’s when I found out about it. I called Family Auto & was lied & given misinformation. So I decided to go up there in person & speak with the owner James. He was not willing to do anything to resolve the issue & did not care about the inconvenience it caused me & my family. I was shocked by the outcome because I really thought this issue would have been resolved better based on the first experience I had with them. Needless to say, this is a company that is all about the money & they lack in the area of resolving issues with their customers. James was very unapologetic about this incident & did not follow up with me to resolve it. I had to continue to contact Family Auto just to get a response on how this situation would be handled. The end result , the situation was NOT handled. And I’m okay with that, I will continue to share my experience in hopes that it may help someone else to not be in the same situation I was in. My family nor any friend that I know will NOT be supporting or doing business with this company ever again. When a company lacks the ability to resolve issues it really says a lot about that company. Bad business & in the end I seen their “real character”. The way they welcome you as a family & make you feel comfortable is all an ACT because when a problem with your vehicle arise & it is connected to them, they will not resolve or fix it. And will deny any responsibility for it. I experienced it first hand.

I can HONESTLY say that the people at The Family Auto Finance are THE BEST. Not only did they get me on a 2019 vehicle, they were able to secure my daughter her first vehicle. Don’t have insurance, no problem, they are there to help you. The car you get from them having issues, no problem, they will fix it IF it’s within your warranty. I will be back next year when it’s my son’s turn to get a car.

I would highly recommend this company. They would get you into a car in no time. Brittany did a good job with assisting me into my new vehicle. If your looking into getting into a new car i would recommend The Family Auto Finance!!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!! they sell you a lemon and then don’t answer the phones for weeks lie about service done to the car and don’t tell you about previous accidents which is considered fraud in the state of Michigan also you have to do an inspection on the vehicle which was not documented or provided during a sale

I HAVE PURCHASED A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, car was for my daughter, a student, car was great, so happy and pleased. More important is, the staff was great, could not believe that ownership, Jay, actually stepped in and help me through transaction. No pressure atmosphere, super friendly, hospitality out of the question. I will be back again for more business.
