Huntington Bank Grand River Ave, Redford Charter Twp

Only issue I ever have here is having to wait a long time in line (lobby). Drive up seems quicker (maybe because I can listen to music in comfort of my own vehicle). Parking lot is too small (this location). Also, Hours posted on building do not match up with Google. The People are good and banking product is great.

Torii was fast, professional, efficient, friendly, and the overall experience far exceeded anything I would expect!

by far worst service in metro detroit, makes me want to not bank with huntington. worst service from management down to employees. all run around like chickens with their heads cut off not knowing whats going on in life. very sad that this si the only bank near my house.m like i saod worst bank of all time especially the managers dennis and kendra wow what kind of service do they offer wow im in shock

Huntington is a very customer/business friendly bank. No matter which location, I like the small community style bank feel. The staff are always smiling and greeting everyone as they enter this location. Keep up the excellent customer service it is not going unnoticed.

They always make sure my change is correct and I get the proper amount back a d will count it all out in front of you to verify the proper amount I asked for is there. They always have fresh coffee and cookies too!!

The worst bank I have every came across. Not only do they have us (paying customers )sitting in line for 20 minutes just to withdraw. They have a new trainee.. who states I need to talk to y’all even if u don’t wanna hear me — now u make me wait and gonna force yourself with conversation because your unprofessional and understaffed!!!😩 Detroit!

My favorite branch. Aaron was very proactive as well as the teller who came to my defense to solve my banking issue. I will always brag on my Meijers Huntington Branch. You guys are awesome.

I absolutely love this huntington almost every time I've went the tellers were very friendly and polite also there is sometimes a wait if you go through drive-thru but it's never a long wait because they move fairly quick. I went to a huntington bank on Ford Rd in Dearborn and I wanted in the drive-thru for at least 20 mins and ended up pulling off and coming to my favorite huntington bank which is this one. This is my favorite hands down and I'll always come here and it's close to my house😊😊

They do not care about their account holders at all. The level of indifference Huntington Bank has to its customers is incredible.
