Very professional she kind dealing with Cierra I know my transitions are going to be done the correct way & she gives her all & I appreciate that in her again I say KUDOS to u Cierra. I am overjoyed by the level of customer service I received on yesterday. This young lady went above & beyond for me, letting me know she was still working on my issue even while helping out other customers. Again Cierra I thank u for going the extra mile for me. I didn't know how to pay my loan and Cierra was so sweet, patient and helpful. She waited for me to pull up the account number on my cell phone and walked me through the payment process.

Ebony is fabulous , friendly, fast, and efficient. she is also knowledgeable and always greets me with a smile. she is and asset to the credit union.

There was fast easy service and Ebony help me with my transaction and got me out the door and on my way thanks for the friendly service and the Warm welcoming smiles great job

I was there this morning (around 11am) bacause I was interested in opening up a checking/savings account. I sat for about 20 minutes and no one bothered to say “hello” or assist me. There were ppl doing absolutely nothing. I went to the window and asked if I could get help and the woman rolled her eyes at me. The dude in the back just looked at me in a crazy way. I don’t understand why nobody would help assist or help me. I walked out, and went right down the road to PNC Bank. Maybe that bank can help the workers at this credit union with customer service. I will never do any business or recommend this place to anyone

Gwenetta is always so patient with me! She’s always smiling and cheerful when I come into the branch. I feel the most comfortable with her helping me with my transactions!

This business is closed down. Website needs to reflect that.

Just stopped by the telegraph location. Ebony was there also to answer all of my questions and concerns! It was so nice to see her at this location as well. It's always a pleasure😊

Don't bank at Public Service Credit Union. Period. Horrible customer service. Unacceptable practices. I've been waiting a month for a Lien Release letter for my car thats been paid off for 2 months, and no matter what I do they keep drafting my car payment from my bank account. They won't stop! Customer service is always rude. Unacceptable. I don't know how much longer I can put up with this before I file an official complaint.
