This entire team is excellent. Courteous, efficient, professional, thorough, easy to work with. We unexpectedly did a cash out refinance and needed to close quickly. I really appreciate the work Jamie, Matthew, and Kim put into helping me buy my first home! As the first person in my family to do this, I walked into this knowing absolutely nothing and only wanting a pre-approval in order to get an idea of what to prepare for. They were extremely patient with me and willing to adapt/help me adapt when some life things got in the way. Once I was able and ready, Matthew was always direct and clear on what to do and what to expect. When I finally found a condo, Matthew was readily available and walked me through everything. There were a couple blips in the approval process due to student loans, but again Matthew was there to work through it and explain to me everything that was going on! I cannot thank you all enough!

Let me be very candid, I do not usually post reviews of any type, but the interaction and service from this company demands this review. This is the best TEAM of professional people that I have ever worked with in doing a financial real estate transaction in Colorado. The advice and knowledge of Jamie Becker alone is worth your time in soliciting a quote. Kim and Nicole have been so diligent and on top of things wasting no time preparing and resolving all the back end processes involved. The loan rates were the best I have seen in the market and the time it has taken from start to finish time from applying for the loan and closing the loan is unheard of. There is NO Bank or other Mortgage Broker that I know of that can match what the Becker Team has provided me. I will be using the Becker Team from now on for any real estate financial need that I may need. I would recommend these folks highly !!!!!
