We overall had a great experience using Accept to purchase our home, and we can definitely say that having the cash offer led to our offer being accepted over others. The only shortcoming was that the process wasn't very well explained before we got started or during the transaction. We asked a lot of questions, and most of the time didn't get well-explained answers. We had two friends that used Accept and vouched for the service so we felt we could go forward without as much understanding as we would have preferred. We also had an attorney review everything before the final documents were signed, and everything checked out. I would have also preferred the rate options to be more transparent as to how the rates we were offered compared to the general market. All and all a good experience though, and now we are in our new home.
