I was pointed to Ghassan indirectly by a friend who had used Gayle Nagy, a top-performing RPM agent in Southern California. Gayle pointed me to Ghassan. This is the second loan my wife and I have done with Ghassan...each one has been great and we will go back in the future. Almost everything can be done electronically and the few signatures that were needed in front of a notary were arranged to be done on our schedule at our own house! My wife and I worked with Ghassan as first-time home buyers at the beginning of this year, apprehensive about the process. With the current competitive market in Denver, we knew many people who had endured a very long, painful buying experience. We chose Ghassan and RPM based on Yelp reviews primarily, and are glad that we did. Ghassan was extremely personable and great at guiding us through the process, explaining things even beyond the scope of the loan process. We learned a ton about home loans and the like in a very short period of time, and appreciated the feeling that he spent extra time with us personally (though it seems he does this for everyone). He was great with recommending real estate agents, and always took initiative to maintain communication with all parties involved. Ghassan was accessible by email, phone, and text, and closed on our home loan in one month. We were very happy that he made it to our closing, too, since we were so grateful to have him on our team. We don't have much experience in the home loan process, but we can't imagine it running any more smoothly than with Ghassan and RPM. UPDATE: We were lucky enough to work with Ghassan for our refinance shortly after our first home purchase and found it incredibly easy. Ghassan had contacted us approaching the 6mo mark since he had identified a way for us to save $250/mo, which was great for us. We will confidently continue working with him for future mortgage needs.

Ghassan Kanafani is great! He is honest, professional, super nice, knowledgeable, and straight up gets things done. I had almost closed with another company when I found RPM and Ghassan. Where do we start! Buying a home is very stressful but when you have the right support it makes a world of a difference. There were so many variables on why I wouldn't be able to buy the one house my wife and I were immediately attracted to: -Waiting on previous home in another state to switch from VA to conventional. - house was on the market prior to my VA approval - house has all the options - house only has side neighbors - there was another bidder Ghassan was able to prepare paperwork to stay ahead of the curve in the event my VA came through prior to the house being sold. Luckily, it my VA was approved before there were any more bids and we were able to sprint to a close. I moved into my home by October when I was resound to the possibility of not having a home until February. It was Ghassan and the RPM Mortgage team's ability to proposition all admin, operations, and processes that allowed my wife and I to immediately bid and close.

Ghassan Kanafani was the most amazing Mortgage brokers to work with bc he got me an incredible jumbo VA loan with and incredible interest rate. He is enormously intelligent which makes him think outside the box and dig in for the best rates. He fights for his clients, is timely and proactive, and available available available. I've purchased many homes before, about eight in my lifetime, and the experience with him was not only the best, least stressful, and bold, it was kind of fun. He has incredible integrity and he works sled-dog hard. Lastly, he is very available - no phone tags or msg leaving after he has your account.
