Dave and his team were great from the start. Dave took notes during our initial meeting, set up a follow zoom meeting up to work through the costs and terms of the loan, worked with me and my realtor to make sure we qualified and we were within budget, and then did an amazing job closing our house in a very short period of time (a couple weeks from offer acceptance to close). Molly, Allysa, and Ivan were all professional and great communicators throughout and we got a competitive rate through a virtually seamless process. Dave even scheduled a follow up meeting to explain the post close process and work through any additional questions I had.
