I opened my business account with this branch now I can’t get anyone to answer the phone! Calling since this morning 5 times now and no answer. Branch is open, no one is working! Really thinking of moving to capital one. To the agent who answered my review. stop apologizing , I don't need you to sympathize with me and then tell me you are all "too busy" to deal with customers over the phone. if you dont intend to answer the phone then remove the phone number or get an answering service. If my employees and I can stop a meeting to answer a phone so can you. Its unprofessional and borderline disrespectful to have people lured in to your establishments with the promise of we are one phone call away and then tell us you dont intend to answer as you are "too busy". funny enough a branch 5 miles away answered and we got what we needed from them. this answer is the worst form of cop out. wither ask them to do better or dont, telling me you are sorry and then not solving for the problem is exactly as not answering my review.

I called BOA customer service to request information about safe deposit boxes before visiting this branch. The customer service told me that they had safe deposit boxes. When I went into the branch, they told me that there is no bank in Colorado that has any safe deposit boxes due to "state law or regulation" and then rudely told me to make appointments in the future. I have been a preferred rewards platinum honors member with BOA for years, and have never had such horrible service. BOA must be subject to special Colorado laws because I went to Wells Fargo and US Bank next and both offered safe deposit box services in Denver

If I could give it zero, I would. They don’t respect scheduled appts, and even if you get there within the time window, they will just take somebody else because they don’t care about your business. Thank you BofA.

Worst banking company I have ever experienced. Customer service is worst I have seen, no way to speak to someone by phone, 5 times I was on hold for over 10 minutes then got recording they were busy and to call back later then disconnected the call. The only location to talk with a person face to face is extremely difficult to get to and the incompetence of there staff is astounding. Credit card is at 0 balance yet they charges a $21 "fee"? I do not recommend BOA!

Could you please get somebody to fix the door and ATM at the Avon Colorado Location as it has been down on numerous occasions over the last month and it seems nobody in the Corporation want's to fix it. The Good news for Vail and the rest of the County is that a brand new Chase bank location is opening nearby.

Uuuggghhh...always at least an hour long line when I go. They've been promising more locations for the past 3 years. Finally switching banks today so it'll be my last time wasting an afternoon here!

Waited around 15 minutes with 4 people in front of me with 2 tellers working. The tellers didn't look confident in what they were doing. Double checking and being extra careful, taking their sweet time. Either these tellers are incompetent or they've only been working there for a couple of weeks. I was lucky to get there when I did because when it was finally my turn, there were 10 people in line. I had a simple transaction. Depositing cash into my sister's account who lives in another state. The teller was unbelievably slow. She even went to the money counter machine and ran my 15 20 dollar bills through it twice! That's right, she didn't want to count the 300 dollars herself. The transaction took a little over 5 minutes, not kidding. If my sis needs some quick cash again, I'll just overnight a check or wire it. This is like literally the only BofA in Denver so I never want to have to go in there again, ever.

I've never reviewed a bank before, as I usually just try to get in and out as fast as possible. But this Bank of America was extremely helpful and friendly to me both times I stopped in the past week, even when they were busy and obviously a bit stressed. Special thanks to Yves, the small business banking consultant, who helped me set up a business bank account to better manage my revenue and expenses for my driving with Lyft.

After checking in and waiting for my appointment I was told that they are busy and won’t be able to help me. The employee was very rude and condescending; he actually said “do you see what is happening here?” referring to the number of people waiting in line, even though I had an appointment. I wasn’t even offered an apology. Will be closing all my BOA accounts because of this.

Very disappointed with BOA! My husband and I have had BOA for three years. The entire time I have been very disappointed with the service. The constant freezing of your account to prevent fraud has caused me many embarrassing moments at the check outline. The worst of them being when I was school shopping for my 15 year olds and the card declined for $300 transaction and my phone was dead so I could not approve the transaction. After spending 3 hours in the store my kids couldn't get their school shoes for school the next day, the 1st day of school by the way!! Today my husband goes in the bank. I can see them racially profiling him almost giving the attitude of what are you doing here in this bank in Cherry Creek. Next he hands them his ID to make a withdrawal. They say we can't give your money until you give us the code we sent to your phone. He did not have his phone on him. So we can't get our money out the bank without a code even though we have a valid ID???????? SO DONE! What about people that don't have cell phones?? How can you not give me my money if I give you a valid ID???

Worst experience ever!!!! Window teller was rude. On hold in an office with associate for a wire transfer mix up to make payroll and the wire team lady hung up on me!!!

I have banked with BOA since 2003, I stepped into the bank to handle account business today. A female banker, Hispanic, brown hair, 5'1 ish, last name Trujillo, was the most unprofessional staff at BOA I have ever met. BOA wants "to help make financial lives better by connecting those we serve with the resources they need to be successful." She failed miserably, rather than taking the time to figure out the problem and assisting me with MY account. She referred me to take my banking needs elsewhere. Luckily the BOA location off Belleview was professional and took care of my needs, much rather go there from now on.

Great help from bank teller and another women. I setup an appointment the next day with a banker at 2. I got there at 2 and waited for 15 minutes and nobody greeted me for the appointment. Had to interrupt another banker to ask about my appointment. Then had to wait another 10 minutes.

Bank of America has always been pretentious and kind of stuck up as a finiancial institution. However i needed a real bank account and they got me one. However again, I’ve had a bank account with them for almost 3 weeks and still no ATM card. Held my First deposit of almost 3000 for 9 days! Wouldn’t give me a temporary card. Wouldn’t send it to another address because my apartment building steals packages. Just an extra hurdle and a half to get established with this bank.

The worst bank in the world. Punitive. Petty. Basically the entire organization is a fee-frenzy who actively lobbies for worse policies from our governement. Truly there are few companies in our society who do MORE harm than this shameful and perverse group of criminals called "bank of america". I do hope everyone involved with the entire enterprise beyond low level tellers and middle managers loses their job and suffers personal humiliation.

What a beautiful branch! Moving out to CO I didn't think that they had a branch out here, but they recently opened this location. Although I was a little discouraged by the negative reviews on here, I decided to call ahead to make an appointment and give it a shot. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. From the woman that I personally spoke to on the phone to make an appointment, to the friendly faces I interacted with throughout the office. The people were so kind and helpful. I was greeted at the door by Jeff, who was helping me that day, he offered me a beverage and anything else I needed to be comfortable. I don't normally want to step into a brick and mortar bank unless I absolutely have to. That being said, the banking agent was friendly, courteous and incredibly helpful. She was more than willing to get me a reference letter to apply for a credit card (from a competitor no less). She then went on to get me instant approval for one of their credit products and even had it expedited to me in two days at no charge. I think the reason why a lot of people have bad experiences is because they fail to schedule an appointment. From what the bank manager told me, they are a new entrant into the Denver market and don't have many locations and everything is funneled through them. It also would have helped to know that they have parking facilities and will validate your parking.
