AWESOME STAFF. With brick and mortar going to the way side this is s fixture that is a prime example of why they need to stay. The staff here has created a personal relationship with me. I contact them regularly to address by insurance needs for my business, home , and auto. I take up a ton of their time and they rarely yield an increase in the amount I pay. But they are happy to meet my needs when I contact them. At the end of the day I feel I have the coverage I need for a price that beats the competition. All of the staff is well versed in their products. I have been working with John for over a decade. Ed and Matt have consistently given me great service. Those guys are great and very helpful. But over the last few months I have been working with Maggie who has helped me save thousands of dollars and increased the level of coverage I have and not tried to pressure me in to insurance I don't want or need. It has been a tedious process but now I feel I am in the right place and do not have holes in my coverage. THANK YOU John Magoto State Farm team. I feel your great service has started me thinking I should bring other insurance options into the fold with you. Your great service is the best sales tool you can have. Well done.

Maggie at State Farm is wonderful, efficient, friendly and gets the job done! I have Home and Auto insurance with them and am very happy with the price (way cheaper than competitors) and service.

I've had State Farm for years now, but this office and their agents/employees are definitely the most attentive and responsive I've ever had. I've had to call them multiple times over the last few months and every time they have been so helpful and things are always taken care of promptly. I appreciate the attention to detail and the constant communication.

He has helped me navigate several huge life moments including filing a claim when my car was totaled, and making sure I was properly insured throughout my first home buying experience. I never feel pressured to purchase more than I think is necessary or that I can afford, and have also always felt comfortable asking questions and considering various options.

Rhian is absolutely amazing. By far the best car insurance purchasing experience ever. He was very honest and just a "real" person. I told him my limit and completely hooked me up with more than I thought I could have. I wish I had this a week ago! I was unsure as most insurance companies send a fast email and try to rope you in and make you feel bad, but not this guy! Called me and walked me through everything. Answered every question I had and I was not rushed at all. I have already recommended to other family members.

I had such a great experience with Johnathan! I was searching for new car insurance when Travelers told me my rates were going to go up (at no fault of my own). I have several friends and colleagues with State Farm that have had great experiences so I scheduled a meeting with Johnathan to go over some of what I saw online (I know online quotes are sometimes not totally accurate and wanted to just sit down and talk through everything in person). Scheduling was easy, he had a suggested package already prepared when I arrived and talked through all of my options to upgrade or downgrade the coverage based on what I was looking for. He was very straightforward and transparent about the entire process and how/why rates are constantly changing. In the end, I ended up with a rate that saves me over $100 per month! Aside from his professionalism, Johnathan is just all around lovely; very kind, honest, and hard working. So happy to have found Johnathan and look forward to working with him more in the future!

Everyone in this office is very friendly and helpful. Including Maggie who helped me set up my auto insurance, and Jonathan who helped me adding renter's insurance and roadside assistance. They're very prompt responding to calls and providing any necessary paperwork. I also appreciate that everything can be taken care of digitally without having to drive to their office.
