My husband is in the ICU during a pandemic. We needed to get a POA signed in front of a notary. Margie helped us get it done virtually. 5-stars all around! We had last minute title documents that needed to be notarized, so we reached out to Margie on WhatApps late in the afternoon and were able to get our documents notarized within a couple hours of initial contact and sent off the next day. She even followed back with us on 1 document that we didn't get notarized because of information I needed from the title company and offered to go out of her way to come notarize the document to ensure we didn't have a mishap in our paperwork.
