I've been dealing with the Capital Title of Texas NW office (6850 Austin Center Blvd.) for a little over 4 years and I will never utilize another title company due to the personal and attentive service by Michelle Peters and her team! Yes, I have dealt with other title companies, but Michelle and her team (Ashley Foradory & Jill M. Barker) take the initiative to constantly communicate to all parties involved and go above and beyond! They also haven't missed a beat during this pandemic, sending notaries all over Texas to make sure my clients comfortably close on time with all necessary precautions. I highly recommend Michelle and will continue to be an ambassador for them due to their outstanding service!

There's so much at stake when selling your home, you want someone you can trust, who cares about you and your investment. Someone you feel comfortable in calling with any question at anytime. Amber Townsley was that someone for me. My closing incurred some issues on the buyers side. Amber monitored everything to the end. Her emails were professional. I was put at ease whenever I spoke with her on the phone because her smile always came through in her voice. She is a great representation of the company.

Very clear explanation of each document at closing time. Very friendly staff. However, the 3-star is because the people here messed up with the closing amount calculation. I received a call from the title office that they messed up with the calculation and that I need to pay another 4150$. This happened after closing is complete, funding is done, took a nice photo with the big key at the title office and got the house keys from the builder as well. This is not ideal and the level of quality I expected from a title office. Hope they can avoid such errors in the future.

Amber was amazing to work with. She kept in touch via email and phone calls right away if something came up that she needed. She got us in and out very quickly and explained all the paperwork that we had to sign carefully so that we understood what we were signing. Very clean office. Felt safe from catching anything. They followed CDC guidelines to the letter. Even though we couldn't get coffee or bottled water because of this Covid19, we were still very pleased about the office. Blast you Covid19. GREAT JOB TO AMBER AND HER TEAM!!

We went for an extremely quick close with Amber Townsely, who not only pulled it off but kept us aware of what was going on at all times. It seems that while Covid has delayed most closings, Amber and Capital Title are able to deliver. I highly recommend them for your transaction.
