The young Hispanic lady that works at the desk needs attention. Very rude, she asked to see my phone for my 4 reference contact. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable during this covid-19 pandemic. She refused service because I would not hand her my phone.

I was looking online for ways to get some quick cash because my refrigerator died and after speaking with a couple loan places, I was rejected for being self employed with no bank account. Later that evening I received a call from Estrella saying she had seen online that I was looking into loans. I told her my outcome and she declared balderdash, she can and will get me the money I need, and...she did. Quickly, simply, and efficiently. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need. Coming from Lone Star loans as a customer to Texas car title was possibly the smartest thing I’ve done. From walking into the location the ladies was very friendly and energetic. My son was able to play in a playroom they provided full of toys! Ty and Jena was awesome. They’re rates and payments are manageable. The loan process was easy to understand..
