Went in and had the pleasure of being assisted by Tristan. He was extremely polite and very helpful. He also made it a point to greet me as I walked through the door and helped me process my transaction in a timely manner. Very impressed and if I should go back I would love to be assisted by him again.

A year ago this place was rough. But when Melissa took over management I have seen it come back to life. They staff is friendly and helpful. Their prices are amazing! This store has really turned around and become a place I will shop more often!

Horrible management.. Very displeased.. I was told a could not purchase a laptop out on the counter (even though it was priced and on display). They said that it had to be inspected and reset and I asked how long it would take. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I said I will buy it as is or be back in 30-40 minutes to buy at full price and they told me to come back to purchase it. I returned 30 minutes later and was told it was just sold. I talked to the manager Vanessa and was told they couldn't offer me any resolution, suggestions etc... I've been a good customer at this Insta cash location buying a minimum of a few hundred dollars in electronics every month to other month. I won't be back and I'll tell me friends to avoid.

This place is a complete rip off. My husband went to place a game console on layaway and when he got home the receipt seemed to be listed in an employees name and address and his name (my husbands) was never even added to the transaction. He called the store and was asked to come in personally since he had clearly made a down payment for the device and I guess the manager was the one to take this call. My husband took out the full amount and went to the pawn shop and purchased the device in person. He said the look on the cashiers face was priceless as it seems he was trying to buy it from under him although my husband was the one requesting to set up the layaway. The kicker was the coworkers name that’s was on the receipt was written in permanent marker on the wrapping as if it was stowed away for him personally. This place is complete TRASH! 😂 jokes on you though buddy!

The staff here are awesome! They’re always friendly and helpful! I’ve been shopping and pawning stuff here for years, and I’ll continue coming here for years to come. I highly recommend InstaCash Pawn.

The people here, especially the manager, is extremely rude. I think she's racist against white people. I'm new to the area, when I walked in she was standing there and I said hello, how you doing, she look at me, waited about a minute, turned around and walk away. how rude can you be!! I will never do business here. I turned around and walked out and went down the road and was treated the way a customer should be treated. it's sad when people forget who pays their paychecks!!
