    I am new to Texas and needed to take care of several financial issues to get prepared for my new apartment. The place on the inside is spic and span clean .Page was so helpful and went over and beyond to make sure that all my needs were met and even referred me to a debit card so that I can make sure in the future I’d have some way to receive my future check and pay my bills online . I never have to worry anymore about my business being taken care of because it is a one stop shop . Thank you again for all of the help I received and thank you for being so courteous and professional. I’ll be telling everyone I encounter to do their financial things here at this business .

    The guy "Blaze" whom is working at this location is really nice and has done everything to cash my investment refund check. But now no one will answer his calls for the last step. He has been trying for an hour. This is so sad. He shouldn't have to wait and now his supervisor said she has to call and verify the same information as he did. This is a joke.

    I went in today & customer service was EXCELLENT & she was on top of her game! She did a wonderful job & got me all taken care of & had me in & out of there quick as I was on my lunch break! Ive been going here several years, along with my mom, & they've always been great! Super nice ladies, thank you so much!!!

    There is no Bank of America in Longview tax to cash my clients checks. Fortunately they do cash them for you. Tiffany was very professional and took less than 10mins to get everything I needed and out the door! Thank you guys!

    Evidently the Air doesn’t work in this store. The temperature had to be 100 inside. The lady behind the counter was sweating. She kept smilin tho. Thats sad

    Paige is so great! Explained everything fully and she was so nice. She made my husband David and I feel so welcome, and like we were people and not an annoyance. Take good care of Paige she is an awesome employee!! Thank you Paige!
