If i could give no stars i would worse customer service ever. They call and harass you everyday and the voicemails are rude. My loan was 1100 i offered 1600 to just pay it off in February so i could just leave them be and whatever they didnt want to take that option because of the late fees and other fees. Also when in February when i said a day i was coming in that same say thay took money out of my account and acted surprised when i called and said they took money out of my account NEVER USE THEM..

It appears from the statement above you are misunderstood. As an example if someone borrowed $100 the fee is $27 and the total payback is $127 due back on your maturity date. You do have the option to extend the loan if you don’t want to pay the whole amount by paying $27. Doing so, none of the money goes to the principal and you will have to pay the $127 on your new maturity date. If you have paid $4,000 please contact us so we can make sure we get this straightened out as we know life is hard enough without more stress being added. Our customers are the most important part of our business and we are here to help.

I have done business with them for over 2 yrs and never had any problems until now...I will never use Texas Star ever again.

Got a loan from them and went to go and set up a payment arrangement with them as my pay dates changed and money was taken out of my account and put on hold and wouldn't refund my money and wouldn't do anything to help get my money back most definitely wont be using them again

They harass people. They would call you everyday for a week asking you when would you be in to make a payment. So I tell them and they call back the next day asking to same question. I till then on my due date..
