My mother’s Columbus metro visa was blocked because of some sort of fraud. This supposedly happened on January 20. They supposedly sent her an email but she never got it. They told her it had something to do with a store that she actually shops at all the time. When she tried to call to find out why she never received the email she was put on hold and could not get anybody. So there may be some type of fraud going on with her credit card and the bank never notified my mother. Pathetic.

The new teller that helped me was in training but surprised me he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I like Telhio as I have been their customer since the day they opened their office at Western Electric second floor. Thanks

We have always had great service at the Reynoldsburg location. Great financial advice from their staff. Very knowledgeable and always able to answer our questions. We would have made a few mistakes without their advice

Definitely the worst bank I've ever worked with and will do everything in my power to have my loan switched over to another bank. Started a loan with them back in September of '19, it is now April of '20 and still have not received a memorandum title to get registration in my name. Paying your loan online or electronically is virtually impossible and if you pay in person with card in person, it's somewhere around a $7.00 fee! Hopefully you look at these reviews before deciding to do business with this institution (not even sure I should call it that).

Rude. Absolutely rude. They could never be bothered to help and have a penchant for getting snarky for some reason. Bank here, and they will be sure to remind you over-and-over again how much you inconvenience them. Whether it be a snarky comment, an eye-roll, or an audible sigh, you'll know. Just today, when I was asking for a direct deposit authorization form, I missed a sign they posted below eye-level. So I sat there waiting. This irritated the woman working the drive-thru so much that she felt the need to chastise me for missing the sign that was posted well below eye-level about what to do once you got up to the drive-thru. Afterward, I received SOMEONE ELSE'S BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION--EVEN AFTER GIVING THEM MY ID, which I promptly destroyed!!! I quickly switched banks. Same day. I honestly don't know what made me wait so long. Bank elsewhere--unless you enjoy being belittled, chastised, and made the recipient of someone else's bank account information.

Trash. They took over a loan I've been paying on and their process for paying is much more intrusive than the previous servicing company because now they have to "verify" my account information as if I haven't been paying for it for two years (which they also have the transaction history on their website). Now I have to wait 3 days for some unnecessary process. You call in and the wait times are obscene. Lesson learned.

After an hr (on hold) trying to get a pay off letter they wouldn't release it to the dealership. I called and after 15 min I get hung up on. I call back again finally someone answers (5 min before close) after being on hold for 20 min. I tell the lady what I need and why I need it. She say okay let me look, I can hear her typing by this point it's after 5pm on Friday. She goes well it's going to be Monday since it's after 5pm and the person who does that leaves at 5pm. So no one works on Saturdays nor they do car loans on a Saturday? I drove 3.5 hrs out of state to buy a new truck and had to true around and drive back. It's now Monday at 1pm and they still have not summitted the letter to the dealership like the customer rep said she would. I'm currently on hold for 28 min and counting as I write this review. I can now see why they were bought out/merged with Telhio!

The girl in the drive thru customer service was terrible. I pull up to the window and say hello. She dont say anything and keeps looking at the computer and never says a word to me. She only addresses me when i say "she at least could say ill be right with you". Then she gets smart telling me she helping a guess in lobby and i can come inside. The whitehall branch is horrible they are rude with bad customer service.

Absolutely RUDE! Was as if she was trying to be intentionally unhelpful. Asked the same question several times. She just didn't like my answer or didn't believe me. Then after her weird interrogation...she hung up on me!!! Just hung up. No bye. No nothing. Straight up douche canoe. I was prepared to pay lots of money to this place but after that one phone call I will never do business with them.

I've been unable to access my online account for a month now. I called in and my password was reset. I told the representative that the new password was not working. After several attempts he said tried himself and he had no problem getting in using that info. I decided to uninstall the app and reinstall. Still the password did not work. I emailed them and explained and was sent an email with a new password. It did not work. I emailed them back and received no response. Last night I tried getting in again but once again I was not able to. Another email was sent, I'm waiting for a response. I have two accounts with them , one of which I make regularly biweekly deposits into, yet I cannot even check my balance. The automated line asks for your account number which I wouldn't readily know because I did not order checks and cannot get into my online account. Who would want to continue banking somewhere that you can't even check on your money? Worst experience with a financial institution to date. I've never experienced anything like this. I will be coming to withdraw my funds asap.
