I've been with Columbus Finance for a few years now and some months have been easier than others. I don't know where I would be without the help and understanding of Bobbie Sheets. The last 6 months or so it has been hard to get caught up but she is always willing to work with me. I would recommend Columbus Finance to anyone. As long as you communicate, Bobbie and the rest of the staff are always willing to work with you. I just got over having covid for 2 weeks and financially things have been a bit rough going into the new year and they have been very helpful and understanding which has put my mind at ease until I can get back into the swing of things. So again thank you Bobbie and thank you to Dennis as well and the rest of the Columbus Finance team. 10/10.

Columbus Finance has been a great company to use for my auto loan. Nick is the definition of a great account manager. I always stayed in communication with them, even when I got hurt and had surgery. He made sure everything stayed on track and actually cared. If you do what you say, stay in contact with them you will have zero issues!!

I've been dealing with Bobby and she is soooooo sweet, kind, and most of all UNDERSTANDING! She listens and does whatever she can to help if she can! We all go through hard times in life and its nice to have a company take your needs into consideration as well to help make things easier for us both! c I have finance through Cols Finance for the past 3 years. They are an excellent company all the way around. Smooth transition and paperwork from financing car to paying off car. My credit score went up a lot higher even with starting at fair credit. I had the privilege working with Tonya. She always went beyond to answer my thousand and one questions, very knowledgeable, excellent customer service, and kept accurate/up to date data in their system. She always have a positive attitude, and willing to assist where needed. I want to share the amazing experience I have had with Columbus Finance. Being that I am a younger adult and didn’t have much luck getting approved with a lender Columbus Finance took a chance on me and helped finance my vehicle. The payment structure was amazing online. Simple straight to the point and easy to use! Just how I like it, haha! I want to also give a special thank you to Bobbie who has helped me directly with any questions or concerns I have had with my loan along the way! She was very personable and just all around a great person to work with! I would recommend Columbus Finance to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! They rock! :)

I wanted to take a moment and share my experience with Columbus Finance. I was having trouble getting approved somewhere for a car loan, and I was approved and they; more specifically Bobbie and Dennis have been a huge help since I’ve had a car loan with them. I would highly recommend loaning with them and if you ever have any difficulties or concerns they are always very welcoming on helping as much as they can!

I have had my car loan since 4/16/2018 and have had nothing but a great experience- probably because I PAY MY BILLS! I have been late a few times and no one has been rude or unprofessional! They tell you what happens, how to resolve any problems and support you if you’re trying! As long as you pay your loan- I don’t understand why there would be any issues! And when you may have to be late, it’s always best to call them and tell them your plans to pay.. thank you Columbus Finance.

My car has been financed through Columbus Finance for several years now and I must say that the customer service has been nothing but amazing. For the past few months I’ve been working with Nick and he has always provided me with excellent customer service. Thank Columbus Finance for making me feel like a valued customer.

I have worked with Nick on a couple of occasions and today once again he proved to be a valuable member of the customer service team. I was having trouble making my payment yesterday on a Sunday which is my due date. I called him today Monday and he explained that there was a problem with the system and that even though I was a day or two late technically I would not be penalized.

I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Bobby. I know I’m a pain in her behind, but she helps me out anytime I need it. Need a little extra time to make my payment? She makes it happen. She took a risk on me multiple times and for that, I’m extremely grateful. I hope her boss sees this because if he/she does, SHE NEEDS A RAISE! Thanks for always finding a way to help me out Bobby.
