Huntington Bank E Broad St, Whitehall

Worst customer service all the time. I have had multiple issues in this location. I don't know how can a teller process one casher check twice and they had the gut trying to charge me for returned check. I don't know why I have had multiple issue with this branch. I think they should close down this location. I saw them returning/referring a customer that came in to open an account to another branch. Today was my last day at this branch and would never go back again at all.

Absolutely love this bank both locally and corporately. Theyby have assisted me with my needs for year.

I just called in today on 4/4/16 at 12:34 p.m. to this location and they were not able to answer simple questions, such as when funds become available after you deposit money into an account with them. I will not be banking with them!! Terrible!! The ladys name was Shalonda or something!

This is a good location to go too ! I like this branch.

Not a fan of Huntington bank!! But this location is never crowded. In and out the drive thru line fast.

Bank tellers wouldn't give me my money another woman in the bank about to peeper spray me while the police was there and was laughing dont ever go to this ghetto bank

RUN. Don't trust this bank with your money! The tellers will, in my experience, very often put it in someone else's account if you go to the inside teller window! I have made three deposits at this branch; two were literally deposited into another customer's account. Ask me how much fun it is to have to call Huntington and request my own money back, and then wait for it to be credited back to my account. I could not be more aghast - how can this bank retain tellers that can't even be trusted to put deposits in the right account when you hand them cash? It doesn't appear to just be this branch, either; in recent months, this happened yet another (third) time at a Huntington branch in Bexley. I'm in the process of closing my account, and if you're smart, you'll hold on to your wallet and find a bank down the street. A different bank I have a relationship with has not missed nor miscredited a single deposit in the entire sixteen years I've been banking with them. Look elsewhere for competent service.

They have the worst costumer service and the White lady is sooo racist along with the African American woman with half of her head shaved. They are rude and not helpful at all. Cancelled my account with them just because of them.

I have been banking with Huntington since 2009. Never had an issue where they could not physically correct it. Great customer service.

WROST HUNNINGTON BANK EVER... I CALLED SNS ASKED WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY ACCOUNT AND WAS GIVEN OLD INFORMATION. THEN CAME BANK AND BEEN WAITIN FOR 10 MIN BUT I GUESS IK NOT AS IMPORTANT THAN A WHITE OLDER COUPLE BECAUSE I WAS LOOKED OVER AN THEY WAS HELPED FIRST. THIS HAPPEN OCTOBER 7,2016 AT 2:48pm... MAYBE THEY DONT UNDERSTAND HOW VALUABLE I AM. MAYBE IT BECAUSE I DIDNT COME DRESSED UP BUT IM HERE AND NOW INSTEAD OF DEPOSITING $20k ILL ONLY DO $5k AND NEVER COMEBACK TO THIS LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL BANK.. THE THREEE TELLER WAS AWESOME ANS GOT PEOPLE THROW THE LINE AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE THE THE GUY IN THE MORTGAGE DEPARTMENT WHO WAS HELPING CUSTOMER IS THE REASON FOR THE 1 STAR AND IF I COULD HE WOULD HAVE NO STARS.. BUT AFTER GOING THROUGH THIS I DEPOSITING MY OTHER MONEY INTO PNC BANK.
