Ted was very communicative throughout the process, checking in even before we had bought a home to make sure he was ready to go. When the seller reached out to him on the offer review date, he was ready to demonstrate our ability to close on the timeline in our offer which helped us get the house over a higher offer. After offer acceptance, he clearly communicated what documents were needed and helped resolve some confusion over stock grants. Overall, he and his team made the experience of financing our home purchase as smooth as we could imagine. We'll definitely plan to work with Ted in the future.

He said, "hold on, let me try to explain another way" until my partner and I understood well.
