Bank of America Financial Center Sw Alaska St, Seattle

My card was lost and returned to this Branch I've been calling for hours trying to set up a time to come retrieve it! Have even waited for the least busy time to call. At this point it would appear it is policy that they do not answer their phone!

Bought two rolls of quarters at this location. These were hand rolled and not from Loomis. One roll had only $9 worth of quarters, and the other had nickels between the quarters. Sloppy at best, but more like direct theft. Now they say they want to talk to me about this issue, but make it nearly impossible to do so. The phone number to this location is never answered, and all contact must be done through Twitter (requiring having to “follow” any countless selection of tweets (NO!), or following B of A on Facebook (opening myself up to endless ads from both platforms. B of A, YOU already have my phone number; call me if you want to discuss the issue.

Can't get a hold of anyone from this branch. They are not remotely helpful. This building is a waste of space and resources in this neighborhood. Everything gets referred to "do it online". What's the point of having humans working there?

Very crowded took a really long time, staff is very nice, there just aren't enough of them to help all the customers they have, they have reduced the number of teller windows and the branch in North admiral might be closed permanently so even more customers must use this branch, it certainly speaks to their desire for customers to use online banking

Very bad customer service very slow and terrible!!!!

I have been a client for 30 years but I am leaving the bank. At first I felt taken advantage of by fee structures for investment accounts that had components I wasn’t fully cognizant of, now unexplainable things are happening inside my checking accounts that is causing me to question the integrity of the system underpinning the institution.

I went to this place to replace my debit card because my wallet was stolen. The representant told me he couldn't do that because "the person who does the cards replacement was in vacation" I set an appointment, took my time to go there, I mention the reason why I'm going, and still they came to me with that? Really dissapointed! Really unprofessional.

This branch was horrendously rude and unhelpful. Multiple staff members started misleading me then advised me against company policy that I couldn't be serviced or open accounts. When I showed them enough evidence allowing me to do so they started chasing me out of the branch. This a national bank with what looks like scam in one their largest branches in the city.

It was the worst experience at event I've had in a long time. I felt discriminated against. I've had my account at Bank of America since 1993 and I've never felt this bad. It was a embarrassing.

Me and wife were customers for more than 15 year...but now I Will never use bank of America again..... They closed my business credit card without telling me the reason....when i called them they said they is no issue but we have right to close anyone account. Thank you
