BBVA Compass Loan Production Office (LPO) 5th Ave, Seattle

Can not trust this bank. They had a promotion back in Dec. and promised if you open a new checking account and set up direct deposit for 3 months, you will have $200 and additional $50 for a new saving account. I did as required, but i called a few times, they never want to give the $250 reward as they promised. I am closing my accounts. I don't trust them any more.

Had some fraud on my card, so they closed card number. Account went negative balance due to this. Got new card, act was still negative and I work for driving services full time. Tried adding new card number to get paid from my driving companies and BBVA won't allow me to add the new card to get paid. So basically they want act brought to zero balance before I can get paid, but I can't get paid unless card is active. Management had no help on resolving this.

Just want to close out my account with this terrible bank and I am told “it takes 30 days”

Customer service is challenging to communicate with over the phone. I love all of my bilingual friends and am super impressed with anybody who can speak multiple languages. HOWEVER every single person I have spoken with there is a MASSIVE language barrier which is SUPER frustrating when we are talking about thousands and thousands of dollars. I would not recommend this company.

Horrible service. Unprofessional. I am closing my account - BBVA was negligent; releasing my personal information to a merchant and made excuse as to why. No excuse! Unacceptable. Third time having to change my vdebit card. Cannot be trusted. Too many issues.
