TD Bank E New York Ave, Deland

Elanor Trotter was no help at all and just tried to push me out the door a minute before closing after I waited there for 20 minutes. She referred me to the bank closer to where I live which makes no sense for what I was asking to do. Waste of time and no help

If I could give less than a star I would...used this branch for about 3 years, no customer service, they never answer their phone whenever I've called

So happy that I switched to TD! I called today asking about a check that was deposited a week ago that still wasn’t available in my account. I called customer service, who were also very friendly and helpful, and they advised me to call the local branch I deposited at and see if there was a possibility they could make the funds available for me sooner. I only had this issue because my account was overdrawn because bills still got paid even though the check had not yet cleared. I spoke with the amazing Lori and she took my number and told me she would call me back. She did promptly with good news that the issue was resolved! Not only that, but she then discussed a better checking account option for me that would save me money. So pleased with how she went above and beyond for me, and as a new customer I am pleased to say that I made the right choice hands down. Thanks so much Lori! And thank you TD Bank DeLand!!!

Terrible service. I have been doing business for years with TD bank in Ocala, FL and never had any issues but the first time I attempted to do a business transaction at the DeLand Branch the teller manager changed the policies of my account which I have been using for years and decided not to help me.period.

Extremely pleasant and helpful bank associates. Went beyond the call of duty to serve an elderly lady who needed special attention. Thank you so very much.

Everyone is eager to help you but no one does. To wait for simple wire transfer instruction, it is ridiculous. I wish capital one had florida locations.

08/02 2:25pm. I literally just walked out the Branch. I never took down the Rep's name. It's disappointing to see no Effort on their behalf, as if I caught them at the a bad time. I know I can call the #800 number regarding my account issue but call me a bit old school. I rather to talk to a Rep in Face to Face, anyway I just told her nevermind and I'll just go to my local branch. Smh.

Fantastic customer service. The staff is always friendly and professional. They're always willing to take the time to answer any questions you might have. TD bank has definitely been my favorite bank to work with so far.

Peter always knows how to get the job done proficiently and in a swift manor. Always a big help in all of our banking needs!
