We decided to use Home Team Lending when buying our first home this year because I work across the street and thought it would be the most convenient. We will now be referring everyone we know. The process was extremely complicated due to the age and condition of the home, however, Heather and Chris were nothing short of AMAZING. There were many times in the process we felt like giving up and they simply would not allow it. They were both so sweet and encouraging and they worked so hard to get us into our home (they wanted it as badly as we did toward the end lol.) Stephanie Peel was everything I knew I needed and everything I didn’t know I needed! I came to her with no realtor, but with a “by owner” home and she was amazing at navigating my lending experience!
