Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N Woodland Blvd, Deland

Bank of America does the absolute bare minimum to help anyone. You MAY get a good teller who has a passion for helping people but the bank itself is very cheap. Expect long wait lines, up to an hour easily and every time you visit. I've only seen one teller in there. You'd think being one of the largest banks they wouldn't cheap out on hiring employees. It's very evident the woman needed help as she scrambled to get everyone's request fulfilled. She was a great worker but she shouldn't be doing the work of 2-3 people.

Worst bank ever! I am just trying to withdraw cash and they really made it so tuff. Moreover, when you open an account here and tell them you don’t want the account to go minus they let it go minus and they charge you for it

They recently "upgraded" the ATM program (which worked fine) and it since has taken my credit card twice - ad the card hasn't worked on-line for a week. either - causing no end of auto-pay problems. They have 6 drive-thru lanes which haven't been staffed in 6 years, and never more than one cashier inside - absolute garbage Bank !

This bank is by far the worst bank to bank at in Deland. The lines were always 5-10 people minimum and sometimes more with one cashier and a whole bank full of employees sitting on there hands watching as customers line up out the door into the hallway but yet only one cashier. Rarely on the multiple occasions I've had to bank here did a 2nd cashier show up to help reduce the line. It's 2021 if your still banking here your getting your money taken in fees. Save your money and bank somewhere else. The hassle and stress isn't worth it. 2/11/21 Edit: I will not contact your Social Media Care Team as its not my responsibility to Fix the on-going issue with your bank Joseph. Your response is why I wont return to your bank.

Every time I need to go in here the associates are all extremely polite and helpful. Sometimes there is a wait when several customers are there but they have comfortable chairs in which to sit. Like all banks they seem a little understaffed but that may be to encourage people to bank on line.

Michelle Nguyen is very professional and super friendly. She took her time to expain all my benefits as a small business owner and helped me open my account. She made me feel at home, thanx Michelle! 😊

The Bank is closed and will not state why. You have to go to Four Towns where they have one teller waiting on the client's. Where is the transparency of this bank. What are the underlying issues besides wanting to get rid of employees.

Worst bank ever! Lines are too long, one teller. Checks written on my account are paid two months later. 6 checks missing popped up and cleared after a month Were they sitting on someone's desk? Representative told me "Go to another bank" see if the problem continues. A nightmare at this bank. Customer service is disgraceful. Fire that rep who told me to go to another bank .

Wasn't really wanting to help me with my problem, just kept pushing the mobile app and the number on the back of my card. Went to orange City branch and they got me taking care of in about 15 min. Been banking with them for a long time, never had this problem before
