    This bank is the absolute worst along with Kelly Azzinaro and Tonya Seiler. Their communication is horrible, they lie and are negligent. They told me I was approved for a commercial loan so I moved forward with putting a LARGE non-refundable deposit down on a property only to find out 24 hours after that they could not move forward on the loan. They do not answer their phone, they are not timely manner and the reasons for disapproving the commercial loan were not accurate only trying to brush me off after messing around with 10s of thousands of dollars of mine.

    Lacks communication. Loan officers unknowledgeable, lack work ethic to get the job done, and does not give verifiable answers for obtaining or not obtaining a loan. This company wastes people's time. The upper management is unresponsive.

    Best bank and it's local too. As a business owner myself, I always try to support our local businesses first. This bank reminds me of a spit and a handshake deal from back in the day. I really like that concept..... They don't just plug your numbers in a computer program and deny you if you don't meet the criteria. I've pulled a few loans and equity lines, before I was a banking customer and have always been thrilled. Marcia and Richard are awesome to deal with, they never disappoint me. All the staff is very welcoming and make you feel at home. Keep on doing a great job guys and I'll keep all of my money with you.     Yesterday my wife's truck broke down and she had to pull her truck in to the bank and she called them to let them know it would be there for a couple hours she explained she had our dog and was waiting for someone to pick her up she had no water for our dog as she just left the vets office a very nice young lady named Emily brought her 2 bottles of water and a dish and treats for our doggie and a soda for my wife i would like to thank the bank and Emily for be very kinda

    Dont try and borrow money from this bank unless they are 100% sure they will write the loan...they say small town lender downstair but their lending boards are wearing Chase pants!!!! I almost lost a 1.5 million dollar deal because commerical lending dowbstairs does not communicate well between the borrower and the upstairs. Fortunately i was able.to get another bank to do the loan and rescue me from the situation i was put in by mainstreet. And the fact that their board only meets once a week doesnt make timing any better it is very important that these questions are answered correctly and in full. I did not get that from them. They are a great bank for checking and savings and i have grown fond of many of the ppl who work there. So since i beleive in not criticizing with giving advice here goes...first gbing is they need to do away with one week boards and only take to board when everything is checked and verified to avoid the loss of time in clarifying rather obvious issues. Seecond if a loan does not fit the guidlines simply say no sorry. Or change your guidleine to approve more loans localky. And when an obvious wrong is done then get with that indiviual immediatley dont wait til they post a negative reveiw to try and smooth it over. Because they did reach out to me i was willi g to edit this post and im willing to give them a second chance but i wont change stars until tbry chnge my mind. Bill Crow!!!

    This bank is negligent, unresponsive, and lacks communication. They have very little capabilities on lending. Do not use this bank for lending. Stay Far away from this bank.

    They dont do money orders for non customers is what i was told after cashing a check from the bank. I have never heard of such of a thing. Most banks charge fees for non customers

    I have banked with them for several years and have a couple of accounts with them . I have always been treated nicely and they have always been of help when I needed them. Hope they always stay the friendly hometown bank they are now.
