TD Bank Ne 8th St, Homestead

The customer service here is terrible. They make you wait a whole 2 HOURS. and all I had to do was show a statement for a dispute. Save your time and go some where else. It's not worth it. Better off changing your bank. This place is terrible when it comes to customer service.

I love this location, Mario is always so attentive. He is very patient with my elderly mother and myself, always takes his time to explain any misunderstanding, he is very personable remembering details about us that makes me feel as if we were family! I wouldn't trade TD for any other bank.

Branch manager was apathetic to needs and unable to use good judgement with regards to time management and customer service, his disposition was deplorable and condescending simultaneously.

Everyone is always helpful and polite and if I need help with almost anything they are there to help General manager Richard and manager Gabby are also very helpful and Orly and Lordis are very knowledgeable and helpful, it is also open everyday of the week. I strongly recommend TD Bank to all friends and family.

This brand location always have problems with the ATM machines in and out no cash deposit. Always a big line inside. 🤬😤😡

Worse customer service every time I come in here. Usually a line of at least 4-6 people. Sometimes more. I always have to wait at least half hour that's on a good day. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst service ever!!

You got to love their ATM first of all it is always open and into the indoor ATM that you can go in anytime you want. They also have a drive-thru ATM. And I think they have candy in the inside whenever it's open. Oh yeah and if you're hungry there's all sorts of food -Blueick

This branch used to be good until they got a new branch manager, and ever since then the customer service had gone down hill DRAMATICALLY. TD Corporate needs to "Canada up" the place BADLY!

This bank is terrible. Every time we visit that branch it is a nightmare. They have locked us out of our account twice now arbitrarily without a reason. The employees literally do not know how to do their jobs properly. They promise to follow up and they do not. They do not answer the phones or emails. The only decent human being was Eduardo and thy moved him to another branch. They need a complete overhaul.
