My experience has been mainly dealing with Jenny, who has been wonderful. She’s very knowledgeable and efficient and has helped us find the best coverage with every possible discount! Great location and wonderful costumer service. They handle each person like family and with care. They work quickly while still providing quality. My agent is Jenny and she is the best, but everyone in the office works together to make sure you still get what you need even if your agent is not available (which is not often). Jenny even works from home sometimes if she has to, so availability has never been a big problem. I have my car and home insurance with them, I switched from GEICO and I'm very happy now because I'm paying way less since I bundled. I love it and they are truly a "good neighbor"!

Called in to get a quote and even though I didn’t qualify, Kassandra Olan did everything that she could to help me get a rate that I wanted. She was extremely professional and attentive and honestly the best person you can get to help you with insurance. Will definitely go back in 6 months to speak with her about quoting again.
