Mr.Martinez has been an amazing help to me from the day I met him . I have been always well taken care by him and will always wait to see him as he always has solutions to all my questions and concerns . Trilser Flores-Moss gives amazing customer service. I travel from cutler bay to the homestead branch because of the excellent service im always provided.

I just want to say that when I first walked into the bank I was angry and frustrated. Miguel offered to assist me and took care of every need I had. Explained things in a manner that was totally understandable. He is very patient and friendly. He knows how to have a conversation and complete the task at hand. Good day, I’d just like to help make it known that Ms. S. Williamson is nothing short of amazing!! I’ve been a member of DCFCU for about 2 years now, and she’s been there for me every step of the way. She was never to busy to help as it related to a vehicle loan, personal loan or just something small like just answering a few questions from time to time. Beautiful woman inside and out. I can go on and on, but I’ll stop here. I’m appreciative, and continue to keep up the professional work ma’am.

I've been a member of this credit union for years. Time and again they have shown themselves, from the manager on down, to really go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. Being especially pitiful when it comes to 'online stuff', they have done a wonderful job of 'holding my hand' over the years. A 'for instance': just last year, wanting to close one account and open another, but not wanting to actually come in the office because of the virus, the branch manager actually met me in the parking lot with the papers in her hand, already filled out and ready for me to sign!! You simply cannot beat that kind of service!! And just the other day, the new manager, a young man whose demeanor on the phone lets you know he really DOES want to help you with your 'issue', did just that, one more time, leading me to decide to post this compliment.......thank you SO much, Edison!!!

I went into homestead branch with the mind set of closing my account. Mrs. Dordor step in and changed my mind. The information I received from Mrs. dordor taught me more in 20 minutes then since i became a member 7 years ago. I would like to thank her for taking out the time with me for me to understand a lot of things i did not know. Keep up the great job.
